We work with sterling silver 925, solid gold, and ethically sourced gemstones, carefully selected for their beauty and durability. Each material is chosen with respect for nature and a commitment to quality.

Yes. TAHOS creations travel far beyond the dunes, reaching customers in most countries. Shipping options, delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is crafted to order, requiring 2–4 weeks for creation, plus shipping time. For urgent requests, please contact us to explore express options.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Depending on your location, import duties or taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
Your piece will arrive in our signature TAHOS gift box, a keepsake in itself, carefully wrapped and shipped in discreet protective packaging.
Returns, Repairs & Guarantees

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
As each TAHOS creation is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. We can restore or repair any piece from our collection. Fees may apply depending on the work required and the time since purchase.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All TAHOS jewellery comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear).
